20. Nar Bahadur Bhandari (Former Chief Minister of Sikkim)

Late Shri Nar Bahadur Bhandari, was a three times Chief Minister of Sikkim and a Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha). Popularly known as the architect of modern Sikkim, his most notable contribution was the inclusion of the Nepali language in the 8th Schedule of the Constitution of India.

Nilesh Lamichaney was the first Captain of the Sikkim Cricket Team in their inaugural competition at the List A level in the 2018–19 Vijay Hazare Trophy. He became the first player to score a century for Sikkim, when he made 123 against Arunachal Pradesh on 21 September 2018.
